New Electronic Data Platform as from June 25, 2025
Dear customers,
We are excited to announce that we are embarking on a significant transformation journey to enhance your experience with our Electronic Data Platform (EDP). This journey will begin with the launch of a new and improved EDP on June 25, 2025.
In the first phase, you'll enjoy access to your familiar data and reports, but now with a fresh design, a more logical structure, and consistent report names and descriptions. For the avoidance of doubt, the content of the reports will remain unchanged
The transition will be seamless, as you will be able to log into the new EDP using your existing credentials through the current URL. However, please note that some reports might be re-ordered on the portal, so don't forget to update your bookmarks if you have created any.
Secondly, we are working in parallel to provide you with access to the data and reports of the various Fluxys Group affiliated companies (Fluxys Belgium, Fluxys LNG, Fluxys TENP/Deutschland, Interconnector, FluxSwiss and Balansys) through a single gateway. This means that soon, all data and reports for the entire Fluxys Group will be available on one integrated platform, using the same structure and technology. This unified gateway experience will allow you to transition smoothly from the individual Electronic Data Platforms of each affiliate to the integrated Fluxys Group Client Portal.
We will be sharing more information about the release date of this single gateway experience in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned!
